25 Jun A Complete Evolution in Public Hydration
At meetpat, evolution is more than a design philosophy. It is a commitment to continuous improvement across every layer of our business. In 2025, we have taken that evolution even further by introducing two powerful additions that are reshaping the way councils, utilities, and partners manage their public hydration infrastructure:
our national service team and our new online fleet management system.
A Smarter, More Supportive System for Councils
As our product has matured in design, materials and modularity, the natural next step was to expand our support infrastructure to match. In 2025, we formally launched a dedicated national service team, ensuring every meetpat station across the country is backed by fast, expert on-the-ground support.
Whether it is routine maintenance, mid-life upgrades or component replacements, our team is equipped to service every unit with minimal disruption, helping partners extend the life of their assets and maximise performance in all conditions, especially harsh coastal environments.
The meetpat Fleet Portal: Real-Time Visibility and Control
In tandem with our service rollout, we introduced the meetpat Fleet Management System — a secure, cloud-based platform designed to give councils and asset managers real-time oversight of their hydration station network.
Through the portal, partners can:
• View live unit status and service history
• Track water usage and environmental impact metrics
• Schedule proactive maintenance or upgrades
• Manage branding updates or custom signage
• Monitor smart features like solar performance and water flow sensors
It is not just about uptime. It is about delivering a proactive, data-driven experience that gives full control of public assets from installation through to daily use.
Designed for Longevity, Backed for Life
These 2025 updates build on meetpat’s foundational strengths: globally certified plumbing, modular construction, and next-generation materials built for Australian conditions. With the added support of nationwide servicing and smart fleet tools, councils now have a truly future-ready solution.
One recent example says it all. A first-generation unit installed by SA Water over six years ago was recently refreshed using our new service model. With upgraded components and a short onsite visit, the unit was restored and re-entered into fleet tracking, ready for another five to ten years of reliable service — without full replacement.
The Outcome: Infrastructure That Evolves With You
We believe councils should not be locked into static, aging assets. That is why we have designed meetpat not just as a product, but as a living system — one that adapts, improves, and performs over time.
So while other infrastructure fades, meetpat continues to grow stronger.
If your community expects safe water, safer products, and ongoing accountability, meetpat is ready to deliver, with full lifecycle support that begins on day one and continues for years to come.
